What this Real Estate / Entertainment Center is all about.

In as much as we can reveal, it will entertain adults, children and adolescents in ways they never thought was possible, using a large spectrum of the latest technologies available today, and all of this entertainment will be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, rain or shine, heat or frost. It will transport them to places they could only see in movies or in their imaginations but that they could not be able to participate in it before, but really could live it in this beautiful place. This entertainment center will be mixed in with hotels and other types of lodging, restaurants, shopping, night clubs, etc; for reasons that will be made very clear to the right party.



THE KIND OF PERSONNEL THAT WE ARE GOING TO NEED FOR THIS PROJECT:


At the first stage of the project we will need almost all kinds of construction services working on different shifts 24 hours a day in order to finish the construction project within seven to ten years.

Almost all kinds of products and services will be needed when the construction is completed although construction expansion will continue, as more stages within the entertainment project are needed.

This project when done will create a need for a large variety of products and services from all over the world that are not being offered right now and this need will continue growing, creating more jobs and investment opportunities indefinitely.

In fact, they have taken steps to save guard their project from people or companies that prey on other peoples ideas by choosing to disclose it only in front of their lawyer to keep them from using the idea in the future if they choose not to go along with it. (They no not believe that everyone is that way, nevertheless they want to be careful about this). the ownership of the investor(s) until enough profit have been made from the project so that we can cover the same percentage amount as our percentage in ownership in this company according to the amount of the original investment.
