Serious investor(s) needed for Real Estate / Entertainment city size project. Only $ 20 Million seed money is required to start huge project.
We are looking for a Company with at least twenty million dollars in liquid assets to invest in a city size project with a projected worth of fifty five billion eight hundred million dollars when finished.
This is a serious offer and there is no hype in it. We do not want to waist anybody's time and we do not want to have our time wasted by others either. For obvious reasons we will reserve our identity until there is a firm negotiation.

The difference between the twenty million dollars and the fifty five billion eight hundred million dollars will not require an additional investing or loan acquisition on the part of the investing Company. Naturally the twenty million dollars cannot be inflated to the point of being fifty five billion eight hundred million dollars either.
It is necessary to explain at this point that our credibility might be at stake here, since the differences in sums are so great. We must emphasize at this point however, that this have been fully investigated and analyzed to make sure that we have not made any mistakes or made any misconceptions regarding this. We will explain this in the appropriate time and under the appropriate conditions.

To be realistic, we cannot explain it at this point. A full marketing study of project will be required before we can begin to realize its full potential. We are not talking here about thousands of dollars or even millions; we are talking here about a lot more than that. We hope that you can understand our situation. The kind of co. we are looking for.
We are looking primarily for a serious company who could help us in helping to improve the economy of all nations, specially the U.S., create 180,000 new jobs, and at the same time put an incredible amount of money in it's pocket, in other words, we need an angel investor.
It must be a U.S. company or a foreign national Company incorporated in the USA.
Must be willing and able to invest twenty million dollars if necessary.
The assets derived from this Company must be verifiable.
Must be willing to go along with our plan to the letter.
Must be willing to sit down with a lawyer and us before we can explain the whole project in detail. This action does not force in any way whatsoever the invited company into going along with our plan, but will keep it from using our idea if they do not agree with it at the time they sign the agreement.

Why are looking for partners
We are looking for partners in this development project because although we have the idea, and we are sure that you have never heard one as good and as profitable as this one, we simply do not have the seed money needed to start this project.
We thought that it would be a real shame to let this idea go to waist just because we lacked the needed investment when so many people could benefit in one way or another from this project. Actually, even business not directly connected with this project will benefit from it. We have even devised ways to help benefit other Real Estate / Entertainment centers from our daily operations.
